Each scholarship is valued at approximately $20,000. By identifying and supporting gifted students early, we aim to help them reach their full potential.

About Us

Tironui Music Trust is dedicated to empowering young New Zealanders through the transformative power of music. We provide fully funded instrumental music programmes to students with limited opportunities, fostering diligence, confidence, and a lifelong love of music.

Our mission is to create inspiring musical experiences that nurture talent and celebrate achievement.

Together, we discover the joy of making music.

We partner with primary and intermediate schools to deliver an inspiring instrumental music programme to students from Years 3 to 8.

Our programme begins with a foundation in musicianship for Year 3 and 4 students. We develop students' innate musical abilities through engaging activities that combine singing, movement, and speech, preparing them for their instrumental journey.
